1. Use of Service

By using this service, you agree to the following terms of service. Your use of this service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

Products sold on this site are custom-made based on your order. Please note the following:

• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after placement
• Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted once production has begun
• Product colors may appear different from actual products depending on your monitor settings

3. Shipping

Products will be shipped upon completion of production after your order is confirmed. Delivery typically takes approximately 2 weeks from the order date. If delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address, redelivery costs will be borne by the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

As our products are custom-made, returns and exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted. However, we will accommodate the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects in the product
• Damage during shipping
• Products that differ from your order

In the above cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights for designs, the kanji conversion system, and other content provided on this site belong to our company. Unauthorized reproduction, reprinting, or redistribution is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for the following:

• Issues caused by incorrect information entered by the customer
• Shipping delays due to natural disasters or carrier circumstances
• Customer's subjective satisfaction with kanji conversion results

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as needed. The revised terms will take effect from the time they are posted on this page.
